Assists varied levels of technicians with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair of Baggage Handling Systems and/or Passenger Boarding Bridges.

Under minimal direction, rotates duties between clearing baggage jams, monitoring system graphical displays, moving baggage from pier to pier, and assists Technicians.

Daifuku provided solutions require a cohesive team effort inclusive of various disciplines such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, controls, software, and project management.   As part of the Robotics Team, Robotics Mechanical Engineers will develop and implement designed solutions that satisfy customer requirement for safety, functionality, reliability, throughput, and expense. Efforts will include leading small to medium projects and directing/assigning work to project team members. Performance of project duties with a decreasing level of direct supervision is expected.
