Assists varied levels of mechanics with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair on various types of mechanical equipment and facilities.

Assists varied levels of technicians with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair of Baggage Handling Systems and/or Passenger Boarding Bridges.

Under direct supervision/assistance, this position is responsible for providing customer service while directing passenger movement, handling passenger baggage and ensuring that customer baggage is directed to the appropriate locations from stations in the Airport bag room.

Completes scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair of Baggage Handling Systems and/or Passenger Boarding Bridges; Mentors, trains and assigns tasks of other personnel assigned to assist in maintenance and repair activities in the absence of Senior Technicians and/or Supervisors.

Under minimal direction, this position is responsible for the oversight and direction of day to day ATL TOS operations. This includes directing ME/CS agents in providing customer service, directing passenger movement, handling passenger baggage and ensuring that customer baggage is directed to the appropriate locations from stations in the bag room.
