    POSITION SUMMARY

    Act as liaison between site teams, field leadership, and corporate support to drive appropriate people engagement, process and contract compliance, and overall service excellence. Will support all business segments.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Comply with ELS Safety Program policies and procedures.
    • Promote training and education of all ELS and customer policies, procedures, and requirements.
    • Motivate team members to promote trust, challenge the status quo, and deliver service excellence.
    • Identify opportunities for improvement and at-risk behaviors, regardless of people or situations involved.
    • Conduct root cause analysis and thorough research to understand factual current state and future needs.
    • Assess priorities, develop recommendations, and document for review with all stakeholders.
    • Create recommendations to eliminate waste, reduce cost, drive efficiency, and improve service levels.
    • Conduct regular discussions with stakeholders regarding opportunities, feedback, and recommendations.
    • Perform as conduit for internal communications, resource support, and streamlined resolution.
    • Expedite support and resolution of field leadership and site team challenges.
    • Actively monitor progress through regular discussions, workshops, site visits, and metric-driven reporting.
    • Engage with customers as appropriate.
    • Maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable under ELS insurance policy.
    • Perform additional duties/assignments as may be required by senior leadership.

    Qualifications

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
    • 3+ years experience in leadership and support.
    • Intermediate knowledge of ELS policies, procedures, and stakeholders.
    • Intermediate knowledge of activities within customer environment.

    • Ability to influence and persuade team members at all levels.
    • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
    • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

     

    Computer Skills:

     

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.

     

    Other Requirements:

     

    • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

    • Office environment in a controlled atmosphere building.
    • ELS site environments, including but not limited to airport ramp surfaces, BHS systems, GSE shops, and E-Commerce distribution centers.
