Program Manager

Daifuku Intralogistics America Corporation seeks Program Manager: Responsible for planning, governance and oversight of project program activities and resources to meet the strategic, business, and technical objectives of assigned project program; Reports to Manager on program activities in accordance with the mission, strategy and goals of the program and organization; Leads the Program’s financial objectives and operating plans; leads internal and external stakeholder relationships for the Program;  Plans, governs, and oversees project program activities and resources to meet the strategic, business, and technical objectives of assigned project program;  Develops and leads internal and external program reporting requirements inclusive of metrics to evaluate program strengths, quality, and areas for improvement; Leads internal and external program escalations, risks, and standards;  Ensures that the Program delivers the desirable outcome to the organization; Plans and leads programs carried out by Project Managers, Site Managers, Engineering Teams, and Program Support Personnel. Job Site: 1810 Airport Exchange Boulevard, Erlanger, KY 41018. Salary: $130,333/yr. Requires Bachelor’s or foreign degree equivalent in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Requires 3 years of experience in the job offered or in project management. Requires experience with Managing material handling and automation solutions; Project and Program management; Business accounting and contracts management; and MS Project and Advanced Project Scheduling. Up to 25% domestic travel required.
