BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the service industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading geographically dispersed, high-volume multi-site, operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and project management capabilities.
- Proven analytical skills to identify and respond to short- and long-term organizational trends.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule as required.
- Must be self-directed, be able to work independently and drive a proactive plan to achieve success within the role.
- Advanced knowledge of airport operations and maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of State and Federal Employment laws.
- Ability to pass required background checks.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the employer’s insurance policy.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.

Office environment which may sometimes be in a shop area. May be around dust, dirt, moving machinery, temperature changes and noise levels below OSHA minimum requirements. Use of PPE is required when on site at a field location.
