Position Summary

 

This position requires entry of large volume spare part orders into SAP system by way of upload procedure. This position is responsible for tracking and reporting on projects from initial placement of the order through final shipment. Responsibilities includes billing and management of shipments as they occur and finalization of all financial requirements before completing closure of the project. 

Responsibilities

  • Entry of orders through SAP system
  • Coordinates order delivery with internal departments
  • Manages order tracking information
  • Billing of orders as shipments occur
  • Process purchase orders
  • Back up to eCommerce Order Coordinator
  • Provide back up support with other Team tasks as communicated or delegated by supervisor

Qualifications

  • Project management skills
  • Computer skills including MS Office
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
  • Experience with SAP a plus but not required
  • Team oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
