Overview

Product Engineering Support is a data entry position that provides office support to the Product Engineering group. Duties are divided between documentation control and administrative support. 

Responsibilities

  • Works with a team to coordinate, monitor, and expedite the flow of engineering information, both within the department and between departments
  • Uses engineering information to generate database records, work instructions and CNC machine files
  • Releases drawings and engineering documents to operations and other departments
  • Organizes and maintains files and records
  • Plans and schedules meetings and appointments
  • Prepares and edits correspondence, reports, and presentations

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Experience providing administrative support, preferably in an engineering environment
  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Team-oriented and collaborative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
